Is Home Theater DC2 story accurate?

Both the MC1 and DC2 have the 24/96 DACs. The DC2 can not decode at 96k without an expansion board and associated input jacks (like those on the MC1). 24/48 is the highest signal that can be sent through the standard digital inputs on both the MC1 and DC2. So in its current state, the DC2 can be thought of as 24/48, upgradable in the future to 24/96. Its easy to get all of these numbers confused. I hope this helps.
