Unfortunately the price difference between the 2.5i and 2.9 is quite significant (US$1200), actually they are both selling at U.S list prices of US$1600 and US$2800 respectively. Hence if I were to get the 2.9 I could only afford the SuperOnes as my other 4 channels.I've dismissed the idea of having the HDP-2s as sides as I've read elsewhere that the bass performance is average despite its large size,not to mention its price. As for the center I shall wait for the AC2 and retain my Infinity Kappa center for the meantime. As for the bass enhance feature I can't find any wall-mounted speakers(due to the space constraint) that can go down to 40Hz, except for the AC2's 48Hz, but then I would need 5 of those which could amount to US$5000! You could imagine the profit those local dealers are earning. Guess that the Superones should suffice (57hz) at least an improvement over my present system (Tannoy CPA5, 85Hz).
