You have nothing much to worry about. Truly! While you can only entirely be certain of death and taxes, consider that with the high number of hits this forum receives and the high concentration of Lexicon owners that frequent it, there are very few defects, real or perceived, that go unreported. Still, a very small number. I sympathize with those few people who indeed have had troubles with their MC-1 and would consider it a safe bet that they'll be serviced in an expeditious manner. I think a safer bet still would be that you'll receive a flawless unit.
