Assuming you want to take advantage of 24-bit 96kHz discs you should connect the Pioneer's coaxial digital output into Expansion Port input A, and the Tos-Link output into one of the regular digital inputs. When you play a 24/96 disc, simply engage Direct Bypass mode.
