All I'm saying is that you cannot even feed a digital 24/96 signal to the DC-1 and you can to the MC-1. Therefore there is a difference in the units' processing capabilities.

Andre has already addressed the resolution issue in his response. If you choose to remain skeptical that's your perfect right, but I think we were talking about two different things.
