Bare Wire Trigger

I tried tightening the screw while looking in the hole where the wire is to be inserted. First when looking into the wire hole, it appeared to just be a simple hole and not very deep. It looks just like the picture in the manual. The wire didn't stick in the hole very far at all. It appeared that by tightening the screw down it caused something to raise from the floor of the hole and secure the wire. I didn't pay that close attention but I believe that is what I saw. I would go look again but I have my whole system assembled on the rack and I really can't get to it like I could yesterday. However, after tightening the screws the wire was secure.

I should also point out that I was not using a Proceed amp. I hope this helps.
