Lexicon has been known to correct any probelm that has been a manfacture defect, they have a 3 year warranty on there product which is really good for todays standards. every known processor out there has a problem, besides the audio problem is probably a software issue and maybe you won't have to send it back. so why even hesitate if you want it buy it, can you afford to lose a 3,500.00 trade in.
