Lexicon--A Great Company

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 98; DigExt):

I have a MC-1 and had some problems. I called Lexicon and was told to send the unit back to them for repair. I didn't want a rebuilt unit and explained my feelings to Lexicon since it wasn't that old of a unit. It was built 2/99. Everyone that I talked at Lexicon were very understanding of my feelings and went out of their way to satisfy me. There were no convincing arguments that had to be made nor were there any excuses made as to whether they could meet my expectations. Guess what? They exceeded my expectations by sending me a new MC-1 and turn everything around in 4 business days. Guys, if I read of anyone having a problem with being satisfied with Lexicon I can tell you that it will not be Lexicon it would be that person who is the problem. I have never had any Company to be so courteous, understanding, and being just professional with the way they treat their customers. I do want to give a special thanks to Greg, Kyle, Michelle and Chris of Lexicon for revitalizing and old tradition of customer satisfaction by making it real again in 1999. Thanks, Lexicon
