Where to get trigger cable DC-1 -> LDD-1

Using Mozilla/4.6 [en] (WinNT; I):

Hi,

I recently bought a LDD-1 and a DC-1 (I expect the latter soon). Where can I get a cable to connect the power trigger? Is it a standard cable I can get at Radio Shack or do I have to order it at Lexicon/Custom made?

PS. I am really surprised that you actually have to switch the coax/opt inputs on the LDD-1. I thought it autoswitched!
