MC-1 and Martin Logans

Using Mozilla/4.51 [en] (Win95; I):

I have a MC-1 hooked up to a set of SL3s ,a Logo center and a Sunfire Signature sub. What would you recomend I set my mains at? Large or small and what crossover should I use if small. The Sunfire sub has no bypass so should I turn the crossover off in the MC-1 and use the one in the Sunfire?
