Internal noise test problem

Andre, thanks for the input. I like loud tight bass and am concerned that running the 3.3. full range with a lot of amp will cause stress in my midrange at high volume HT listening. I agree that I have to be concerned about the X-over issue, however, I am trying to avoid this by turning the sub x-over setting to off. Int his manner I am sending a 80Hz and up to the fronts and the rest goes to sub where the 3.3. X-over does it's job. I must admit that I am confused over all the bass settings and their relationship with the 3.3 X-over; however, I still do not understand why the internal noise test results in such low (~60DB) response on SPL for Sub. I read in past posts of the possibility of a phase problem??? Do you have a sub with your 3.3's? I have always been pretty happy with just the 3.3's.
