MC1 Software Upgrade Question

As far as 48kHz for Mono Logic is concerned, I am still waiting for a response from Lexicon from my post on Friday.

Currently, I take the analog out from my DVD player and send it to the DC-1 by way of analog. That way I can access the Mono Logic mode. But, this is a less than ideal solution.

Maybe I should have directed my question directly AT Lexicon.

Do you hear me Lex? Please tell us if an upgrade is to 48kHz for your "older" effects is planned or not. If it is not, and by your non-response I am getting that feeling, please just let us know. I'm a big boy, I can take it. I'll live.

But, I am sure I speak for everybody when I say that it would be a most welcome software upgrade.

I'll bet Lexicon would sell 10 times as many 48kHz upgrades as they would for some other less useful format... say, Surround EX.

Don't get me wrong, I am not Lex bashing. I still think Lexicon makes some of the best if not THE best, processors in the world. I am just hugely disappointed with the decision to not include 48k processing in the MC-1.
