Don,
I find that going to an analog source does not always work to correct the digital lock problem. Sometimes it does, sometimes I have to shut the MC-1 off and sometimes turning the source off and then back on will work.

This problem showed up for me right at the beginning. It then seemed to go away and now is back with a vengeance.

I personally do find this problem quite irritating. While it is not a large problem for me to go through the exercise to find the correct method to gain digital lock, I do find it embarrassing when it happens while you are trying to demonstrate your system to others. It also does represent a problem for others in the house who may be not be as adept at sorting out the fix. I had purchased a Pronto remote, set it up with macros so that the operation of the system could be handled with the push of one button. Now I have to cross my fingers.

Other Pre-Pros I have had in the past including a DC-1 have not exhibited this problem and I do not feel I should have to deal with this problem with the top of the line Lexicon product.

I do believe that eventually Lexicon will get a handle on the problem.

Waiting anxiously,

Ron H
