Use BASS on the sides and NO LFE??

Josh-- I currently have 2 Velodyne subs in the front of the room. They are connected to the LFE from my DC1. I have 2 speakers beside the listening position and 2 speakers in the rear. I primarily use they system in Logic 7 for DVD's. If I wanted to add 2 samll subs, should I add them to the side speakers or the rear speakers? Thanks, Wayne
