Hey Josh:

Now that I think I have Bass Enhance somewhat figured out, I still have one more dilemma.

Where you have THX speakers and haven't bought your sides yet, I figured I'd pose this question to you (or anybody else who can help me out here, Philip, Rick, Mike etc.).

I want to run THX dipoles on the sides.
But, I am planning on having an acoustically transparent projection screen with 3 AT System 450 THX speakers behind it up front. I will be placing sound absorption material behind and directly adjacent to the 3 front speakers behind this screen.

But, the problem I see is, the dipoles effectiveness lies in reflected sound from up front. Will this kill the front reflections too much? Maybe I would be better off with direct radiating speakers on the sides.

I really want to stay with the entire THX package. Can you lend any thoughts to this? Anybody please?

Thanks,
Doug
