How important is build quality?

Funny! EAD gets a lot of attention in the U.S. audio press because they were able to track down the machinist for Jeff Rowland Design Group and rip--I mean, adapt--their faceplate designs.

It certainly is the opposite of unobtrusive, though the appeal is defintitely to the glitz/glam fan. My comment was pointed at general market tastes.

I still like my Lexicon, too!
