Confused by version 4 upgrade to my MC1...help me

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

I own the MC1 with version 1.0 (I have owned it since it was first released on March 1st)and I have just ordered through my dealer the VERSION 4 upgrade. My question is - Am I going to be receiving with my upgrade a new remote? ... and secondly I understand that the upgrade will cost $100.00 initially(I believe through December 15th). Can I expect an additional charge for the labor? Or should it be included in the $100.00 price. Just asking-I want to know what to expect when I do this upgrade.
