DTS upgrade only

You should only consider buying at least an AC-3 unit at this point, because you can upgrade it directly to V4 without adding DTS of you don't want it.

However, I'm still not clear on the pricing structure for the V4 upgrade, as to whether V4 is $100 for everyone or just those who upgraded to V3 or a new processor this year. This could affect whether it might be worth it to get the DTS upgrade, because it includes V4.
