Installation Cost for V.4 Upgrade

Using Mozilla/4.05 (Macintosh; I; PPC, Nav):

As I understand, the version 4.0 upgrade costs just $100 for a limited time. Would this include the installation by the authorized Lexicon dealer?
If not, what would be a fair cost for the installation?
