DVD audio upgrade?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; CNETHomeBuild03171999):

I noticed all the information on the latest ugrade for surround EX and version 4 software and I was wondering if anyone had talked to Lexicon about the upcoming DVD audio upgrade for MC-1, DC-2 and DC-1s? I have a DC-2 and am trying to decide if I should spend the 100$ right now to get Surround Ex and Version 4 software or wait till the DVD audio upgrade comes out. Anyone have and idea when another upgrade will be available?
