Lexicon Dealers in the dark?

Using Mozilla/4.7 [en] (WinNT; U):

Hello all,

I just called three of my local dealers who carry Lexicon products, (1 of which I used to trade my DC-1 to the MC-1), and NONE of three dealers know anything about the new EX upgrade for the MC-1.

This upgrade has been shipping for a few weeks now, so why do none of my local dealers know anything about it?

I can't upgrade, if they don't carry it. ;(
