Lexicon: Can I order V4 directly from you?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98; DigExt):

a few days ago i filled out a form at the lexicon website asking the same question but haven't gotten a response yet, basically the nearest lexicon dealer to me is about 200 miles so i would like to just order V4 directly from lexicon and install it myself which won't be a problem since i have done previous similar work, please let me know if this would be possible
