DC-1 Failing Diagnostic Test?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

My DC-1 suddently goes into diagnostic mode and does not get out of it, i.e., it keeps on running diagnostic code. Turning off/on via master switch at the back or unplugging the unit does not help. What would be the cause? HELP!!!!!
