BTW, my authorized dealer knew nothing about EX, a V. 4.0 upgrade, or the special pricing policy. He also suggested it might be a hardware upgrade involved.
I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.

He also told me a while back that there wasn't much difference in going from 2.0 to 3.1, when I asked him about that. And he wouldn't have any traded in DC-1's as his customers were quite happy with theirs and wouldn't upgrade.

Doesn't Lexicon send their dealers up to the minute information on software upgrades and pricing policies?
