Try calling Lexicon to get permission to open the case without voiding the warrantee.

If so, try CAREFULLY reseating the processor chip or anything else that might be loose. Make sure you are grounded to the case to prevent electrostatic discharge.

I have read of several DOA's that were fixed this way.

Call Lexicon first though and get the name of the person who authorized you to open the case.
