DC-2 vs MC-1

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I'll likely purchase a DC-2 soon, but am wondering exactly what more the MC-1 offers. What is "refined" Logic 7; is the upgradablilty for 24/96 signals different between the two; and besides industrial switching, are there any significant differences???
