When you mentioned...
2. Lexicon recommends room acoustics that inhibit rear/side wall reflections. The Def Techs create these reflections by design.

I'm currently thinking of using direct firing speakers for my mains and center, but using the defintive technolgoy bi-poles for my side and rear surrounds. Would this still create problems based on Lexicon's requirements?
