Missing LFE output on new MC-1

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win98; U):

Am I missing something simple or am I missing the output of the LFE info?

My setup right now is Fronts = small @40, Center = small @120, Sides = small @80, Rears = small @80, Sub = Yes @80 going mono to two Kinergetics SW-200 amps and two C-150 side subs [will try externally crossing over the sides to stereo side subs later].

On DTS CD's such as Steely Dan's "Gaucho" with my old DC-1 I had to turn the LFE output to about -12dB or it would overpower me. Now, with the MC-1, on the same disc, the status menu shows tons of LFE info being output, but I can turn it all the way up to +00dB and hear no effect whatsoever. I thought that perhaps the Sub Peak Limiter was set too low but it wasn't and had no effect on the output.

Anybody with any ideas on "what's happenin'"?
