Don't overlook the Proceed AVP. I recently owned the Lexicon MC-1, but did not like how 2 channel sounded. The AVP sounds much better with my system. As far as movies goes, the MC-1 is much more flexible and the user interface is easier. Go listen for yourself and see which units work best with your system.
