I spoke with a rep from Yamaha last night who said that they shipped yesterday, which means that we should see them in stores within a week or two. It will list for $799USD. I have one on reserve from a local hi-fi shop for $750. Yamaha, so far as I know, does not permit their electronic equipment to be sold via mail order -- that doesn't necessarily stop it from being sold through mail order, but if you purchase it through mail order, your warranty will be void. (not sure the legality of this, but that seems to be the status quo, anyway)
