SL-9000 vs Marantz RC2000 MKII

Looking for opinions regarding these two remotes. Is one way better than the other? I can't seem to find much info on the 9000. The RC2000 MKII is selling for $209 at OneCall, is that a fair price?
I REALLY want a one remote solution for my HT.
