SL-9000 vs Marantz RC2000 MKII

I cannot comment on the RC2000 MKII. I received the SL-9000 with my B&K AVR202 receiver. It works fairly well, but I am not happy with some of the preprogrammed settings for different types of equipment. You will want to use the learning functions to remap some undesireable key mappings. My biggest complaint is that it does not have two differnt sets of keys for transport and menu functions. For example, the right menu option is the same as fast forward. This makes controlling a DVD (for example) confusing, because the menu keys get remapped to other keys, which you just have to remember.
