Problems fixed with new B&K Products

Recently, I have heard from reviews and other sites about the problems with the AVr-202 and the Ref 20 Pre-amp with problems with the sound cutting out. Does anybody know if B&K has fixed this problem and others. Besides the minor flaws the sound is suppose to be real good.
