Certain Yamaha products CANNOT be mail ordered AND have there warranties honored by Yamaha. DSP-A1 is one of them. I've researched this and have confirmed it through mulitple sources. Some mail order places are offering their own warranties instead...

Try the attached link for lots of info on various mail order alternatives. I often do a search for the manufacturer and send ALL of them an email asking about the product I'm looking for. Works for me...
