If you're not sure you want to shell out the extra dough then you can get a B&K Ref10, or an AVR101 if you want to settle for a receiver. If you decide you want DTS later then ship it to B&K. They'll install DTS, ship it back to you and, VOILA!!!, you've got a Ref20 or AVR202. BTW, the AVR202 sounds great. The power supply hum is only audible during very quiet passages with the volume set at -10 dB or louder in the newer units. I didn't even notice it while watching movies since I rarely crank the volume past -20, but I heard it with classical recordings. In the older ones, you could hear it at -25 dB. Make sure you steer clear of those. The cooling fan is quite a bit louder in the newer units, however. Unless you put it inside a cabinet or in another room you might find it annoying. That, and the slight hum at high volumn levels, is why I decided to shell out the extra dough and upgrade to the Ref20 and AV-5000 amp. I have absolutely no complaints about this combo.
