Reciever for $250???

I am limited to $250 to spend on a home theater reciever. I am looking at either the

JVC 718v
100 watts x 4 in Pro Logic mode
2 sets main speaker outputs
2 video inputs
5 audio inputs

$229

or

Pioneer VSX-D457
100 watts x 5 in Pro Logic mode
2 sets main speaker outputs
3 video inputs
3 audio inputs

$249.95

I realize that $250 isn't alot, but that is all I can afford. So anyone have any other suggestions for under $250???
