Do RCA to DB25 Interconnects exist?

I am looking for a good quality interconnect to connect my pre-amp which only has a 6-ch DB25 input with a Dolby Digital decoder that only has 6-ch RCA outputs. I know that Monster makes DB25 interconnects, but I don't know if they make one with both RCA and DB25 connectors.

Does anyone know of any such cable?
