There is no difference between the grey market product and the one you would purchase with a valid warranty. However, why risk it buying something without a warranty. The difference in $$$ typically isn't worth it. But then again, I have bought used equipment in the past and that has no warranty either. B stock unit I have never heard that term. Perhaps they are blemished or factory reworks??
