the latest Crutchfield lists the strda50es as available, although it isn't even shown on the Sony site. I was in The Good Guys yesterday, and their computer listed an in-store date of 10/8. They are already on back order. They did have an strda30es on display.

How do you like your DVD A110? Did you check the comparable Pioneer? What made you go Panasonic?

: Despite the fact that dealers in my area seem clueless about the STR-DA30ES and STR-DA50ES I've seen several posts which lead me to believe that it's out there.

: For those people that have one, I'd be interested in finding out what you compared the unit against and why you opted for the ES.

: Also, have there been any reviews published on this receiver? I'm looking for some company for my Panasonic A-110 DVD.
