Best pre/pro for $$$$

I am running the Atlantic Technology System 350 THX speakers, Parasound 1205A amp and would like to add a good pre/pro controller with upgrade capability to Dolby Digital, DTS, and THX. I am considering Acurus ACT-3, Lexicon DC-1, and B&K reference 202. Are there other candidates that worth looking into? My goal is a good system not a zero bank account. Please help????
