Connections on Onkyo 656

I just purchase an Onkyo 656 receiver. It seems that it doesn't have enough A/V inputs/outputs. I have a VCR,DSS,TV with A/V inputs/outputs and a DVD. I have my VCR hook up to video 1(VCR) and my DVD hook up to the DVD input. My problem is my TV and DSS. I have 2 options. One is to connect the DSS to video 2 and the TV to some audio input( ie tape input). I don't like the fact that I have to press tape to listen to the TV. Or I can connect my DSS to my TV and then the TV to the video 2 input. Since my TV only has one s-video input I have to choose beteen the DVD or DSS. I need a receiver that has a dedicated TV input. Any suggestions.
