HELP!! Yamaha RX795 vs Sony ES30 vs HK AVR65?

I'm currently in the market for a low-end AV receiver with AC-3 and DTS and have narrowed my choices down to these three products.

Does anyone have any objective insight into the primary differentiators among these 3 products, as well as any subjective experiences/opinions?
