A/V receiver with Pre outs

I am looking for a low cost <$500 Dolby prologic A/V receiver (must be AC3 ready)with six pre amp outs. I have looked at the Sherwood Newcastle R-725 but am concerned that it does not have S Video inputs.

Can anyone suggest a good receiver that will meet this
