NAD T750 vs Yamaha RX-V592RDS or RX-V595RDS

I am planning to buy a receiver wich have pre out for all channels and 5.1 input. NAD says they have a better sound than the Yamaha but it is very hard knowing if they are right. Anyone who has listned and tried the Yamahas vs NAD T750?
