HKDSP-A1=150Watts,45 Front Effects
USADSP-A1=110 Watts,35 Front Effects

HKDSP-A1=has 3 Voltage Inputs for External Componets you might want to have hooked up to it.
USADSP-A1=None

HKDSP-A1=Has Voltage Selector on Back
USADSP-A1=No need to.

HKDSP-A1=Pal-NTSC Switch.
USADSP-A1=No Need to.

As far as Sound Quality Goes, the HK Model just has more Power.
