GDS!!!, Help, HK vs Yamaha vs ???

GDS, I appreciate your research and insight on the various receivers out there. I was going to purchase the HK AVR-65, but after all the problems with the product release I have decided the Yamaha 995 is probably the best way to go. Any opinions on HK AVR-65 vs Yamaha 995 vs any other DD/DTS 6 input receiver that can be had for around $800? Also, posts I read claim that the HK is more "musical" than the Yamaha, does this term mean anything to you or is it a matter of user pre-conceived expectations? Thanks in advance.
