From all I know Oade brothers are authorized Sony dealers and the warranty is valid.

However, soundcity does not have the best reputation around. Check out the mail order report cards. They will be updating on the 7th of Feb. You also might want to search in the forums as well as checking out audioreviews.com for customer experiences.

I hear lots of praise from Oade which made me buy from him. He now has a loyal customer, satisfied all my expectations.
