50ES Remote

Finally got a reply from Sony concerning the 50ES remote and the problems we're all having with it. The letter said "Sony is working on finding a solution to the difficulty you write about" and "We will contact you when a solution is found."

As I have done in the past, I recommend that everyone with a 50ES who is unhappy with the remote write to Sony. My reply came from James Brown, National Customer Relations, Sony Electronics Inc., 12451 Gateway Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida, 33913.

While I'm waiting for the Sony "solution," I'll keep using my great Cinema 7 remote.
