Only 10 times in 3 years? I doubt those H/K engineers can figure out this non repeatable problem. There are some thing you might do fix it.
(1) Forbid anyone to sit(or your cat to stand on) the remote control.
(2) Close your window curtains so that your neighbour can't play trick on you with their remote.
If that happens again, immediately use your hand to cover the remote sensor on the H/K so you know if the problem really comes from the remote.
