I'm in the same boat sort of. I am wating for my local dealer to get the RX-V995 but another dealer is selling the Sherwood R-945. The Yamaha is 899.99
and the Sherwood is 999.99. I think that since the sherwood is last years model it will be phased out soon. I'll guess I'll wait for the Yamaha
